CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small barbershop, our barbers’ income is based on the services they provide to you. Thanks to all of you, our barbers are often booked back to back up to 1-2 weeks out. When someone forgets an appointment or cancels without enough notice, we lose the ability to fill that spot and a client misses the opportunity to receive a service. To reduce how often this happens, we ask that you give the shop a 24-hour notice if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment. We understand that unexpected things happen that are out of anyone’s control, but please communicate with us. If you are not able to get in touch with someone personally, please leave a message on our phone, use the submission form on our website, or use the link in your confirmation text. If you leave a voicemail outside of business hours, we will check the following day and make sure you are not charged. We highly recommend downloading the Squire app so you can easily book, modify, or cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or no-show your appointment, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 100% OF THE SERVICE.
NO-SHOWS
To ensure that we provide the best service possible, arriving on time to your scheduled appointment is crucial. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment may result in the barber not being able to complete your service adequately. For services less than 20 minutes, i.e. buzz cuts, beard trims, etc., arriving more than 5 minutes late could affect the quality of service. Each barber has the right to deny service if they feel they cannot complete the service to the best of their ability in the time given. As stated before, if you no-show your appointment, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 100% OF THE SERVICE.
